Vivid colors and a variety of techniques are brought together by three established fiber artists in this exhibit at the Gallery at 48 Natoma in Folsom. “Fiber Messages,” shows the quilts by Lin Schiffner and Linda Waddle and fiber sculptures by Susan Heller.

In the adjacent Community Gallery at 48 Natoma, the members of the Folsom Arts Association will exhibit a large selection of art with the theme of the 100 Year Anniversary of the Rainbow Bridge. The iconic Rainbow Bridge is one of several bridges that span the American River in Folsom and is featured not only as the logo of the City of Folsom, but also in numerous images in town. Community celebrations commemorating the bridge, originally built in February of 1919, will begin with the art exhibit and continue to an outdoors event in the historic district later in the spring.
