Entering its 17th year, the Sacramento Invitational Taekwondo Championship is the most action-packed competition of the year. Expecting 600 competitors, arriving from all over California, Nevada, Oregon and beyond to compete in poomsae, board breaking, and sparring competitions.The day kicks off with a poomsae competition followed by board breaking. After lunch, sparring competitions kick off as the competitors battle to earn the Gold.
