Rapper Jay Critch was born in the Clinton Hills neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York in 1997. His first major breakthrough was with a song called "Did It Again," which was released in early 2017 and featured cameo verses from Rich the Kid. From there he continued issuing various singles and videos, as well as signing to Rich the Kid's label Rich Forever.
