Creative Economy Presents Community in Connection

Creative Economy Presents Community in Connection

Presented by Creative Economy at SMUD Art Gallery

Come celebrate the inspiring multi-district journey with Living Colors: An Interactive Art Experience.

Since its well received public unveiling in August 2018, this project has successfully moved through three distinct locations: The SMUD Gallery, The George Sim Community Center, and The North Natomas Library. It has touched the lives of thousands of individuals of all ages.

The dynamic LED sculpture was created by artistic visionary Vincent Michael Damyanovich as a way to promote inclusivity and well-being by bringing people together through positive participation. The unique sense of joy and genuine optimism that Living Colors continues to bring speaks directly to why innovative art throughout California matters, especially when supported by civic engagement.

Hear our valued community leaders and representatives share what this art means to them, and how it has effected their district. This colorful installation shines as a bright example of what Sacramento is all about: a thriving forward-thinking city empowered by creativity, meaningful diversity, and hope!

Please join in for this unforgettable evening of culture, delicious food, and socially conscious entertainment.
