An art show featuring two accomplished Sacramento artists, Angelica V. Newby of Amaizink Art and Alley Scheffki aka The Blue Rose. Both artists have received artistic opportunities to go internationally with their work and are looking to raise funds for travel and cost.

Angelica is an illustrator, graphic artist and surface pattern designer who creates ornamental pattern designs for home decor, clothing, wallpaper, murals, and anything else! They have worked in the art field for many years on the east coast before coming to California in 2010 and resurging in the local art scene. Thru their hard work and talents, they will be attending a four-week art residency with other artists from around the world at Chateau O'rquevuax in France. They are set to embark on this journey, September 2019!

Alley is a multidisciplinary artist and psychology major. Her art ranges from painting, performance art, published writing, and photography. With her vision, she seeks to make a dynamic change in the world view today. Her abstract paintings have been accepted for a year-long exhibition at M.A.D.S Gallery in Milan, Italy starting March 2019.
