Doug Freeman grew up in the film industry joining the Theatrical Stage Employees Union when he was only 17 years old. Some early projects include American Graffiti, Bullet, Magnum Force, Towering Inferno and two seasons on The Streets of San Francisco. Doug founded the set company, Jets Sets, and continues to enjoy working on TV, film, trade shows, music videos, live events and hundreds of national and international commercials.
Doug's work has been recognized with several awards including the AICP's Production Designer of the year for Industrial Light and Magic's four-million-dollar commercial for British Petroleum; plus, an Emmy nomination for Production Design and Emmy Award for Best Director on the PBS TV series, Adventures with Kanga Roddy.
