Art can be an amazing source of inspiration and a wonderful way to share and communicate ideas. In this workshop series, teenagers will view, discuss, and produce art in an environment that values thoughtful questions over right answers. Designed for youth with diverse backgrounds, abilities, and interests, the art rich encounters facilitate relationship and empathy building through collaboration and individual expression.

About the instructor:
Faith McKinnie has been actively engaged and working with the youth throughout the Sacramento community for over 8 years. Working in a variety of roles in before and after school education, not for profit educational programs and also as a high school Women’s Basketball Coach.
