The Sacramento SPCA is going to bring dogs and some small animals that will be available for adoption on both days. Also, the Culinerdy Cruzer food truck will be serving up home-cooked, world-wide inspired cuisine both days. Each person that brings an item off of the Sacramento SPCA's wish list gets in for free for both days.
