Growing up in California gave artist Elaine Bowers the opportunity to discover the State’s diverse landscape by visiting the State and National Parks. In her show, "Delta Reflections," Elaine focuses on the jewels of the delta, many only seen from the river banks and levees. She hopes her art helps to perverse and protect these treasures.
