Wildlife Care Association Spruce Up Saturday

Presented by Wildlife Care Association & Education Center at Wildlife Care Association and Education Center

The Wildlife Care Association is looking for strong, able-bodied nature lovers! The wildlife rehab volunteers have built new caging for the hundreds of squirrels that are healed, fed, rehabbed, and released each year. They need to be moved a short distance to their new permanent location now ready at the former USAF Radar Dome home to the heroes of nature at 5211 Patrol Road, McClellan Park.

Join together to Spruce Up the Wildlife Care Association facility and relocate newly built caging. Volunteers are urgently needed to provide the lift to move cages a short distance. Work clothes, boots or shoes, and gloves are required. Other projects include repair and maintenance of the two-and-a half acre facility including tree care and cleanup of the WCA Native Plant Educational Demonstration garden.
