"Storing Fruits and Vegetables for Better Taste" is presented by Jim Thompson who specialized in post-harvest handling of fresh produce at UC Davis Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering.  Thompson will share tips on how to increase quality and flavor by making wise choices in the produce aisle and dispel some common home food storage misconceptions.
