Join Fitness Rangers for free Bootcamp classes in Midtown’s Parks! During the month of August, they will host Pop-Up Bootcamp classes in a different park.
Transform your mind and body in this signature Bootcamp class. A mixture of calisthenic exercises, body weight, interval, and strength training, this Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels. This class will push you further than you thought you were capable of with the help of knowledgeable instructors.
