Please join Happy Tails, Sacramento's no-kill, volunteer-driven, and cage-free animal rescue organization, for its annual Open House. There will be great raffle prizes, live music, a food truck, baked goods, art, adoption center tours, mingling with adoptable animals, and an opportunity to meet Sacramento River Cats’ mascot, Dinger!
