Sacramento has a perfect climate for growing a wide variety of vegetables all year. This class will teach students about seasonal crops, fall garden tasks, and how to ensure a garden is productive. It will talk about turning over summer crops, and how to think about the changing sunlight in autumn. This class will be a combination of lecture and hands-on gardening.
