Singer, songwriter, musician, William Mylar, a Sacramento favorite since 1977, will be celebrating his 65th birthday by hosting a night of music featuring some of the best musicians in the Sacramento area. This event will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to finding a cure for CF and helping those who are afflicted.

In addition to Mylar & Friends, confirmed musical acts include Heath Williamson & Friends, The One Timers, The Vintage Find, and The Michael Ray Band. These ensembles feature an array of award-winning popular artists, along with some very special surprise guests!

A silent auction of prized Rock and Roll memorabilia, tickets to local theater, music and sporting events, and other items is also being planned to help raise additional funds to help fight CF and find a cure for this often fatal disease that affects 30,000 people nationally.

All proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The quest to find a cure for CF is close to Mylar’s heart as he lost two siblings to the disease and has been dedicated to helping the cause “Until There Is A Cure”. Great strides have been made over the years through advanced treatments and many CF patients are living longer and realizing productive lives.
