Returning like a zombie from a freshly dug grave, the Sacramento Horror Film Festival returns in 2019 with it's 13th annual presentation of carefully curated horror genre short and feature films collected from around the world.

Hosted by Bloody Bethy, the 13th Annual Sacramento Horror Film Festival is the place to be if you love horror.

Festival selections will be announced after September 1st.
