Belly Dance is excellent exercise for the mind, body, and heart and brings enjoyment into your daily life. Belly Dance 101 covers the basics, enhancing your posture and improves strength with extra attention to the hips and abs. You will learn isolation drills, a variety of shimmies, layering techniques and simple combinations to practice at home.
