Showing Up for Racial Justice Sacramento Study and Action (West Sacramento)

Presented by Showing Up for Racial Justice Sacramento at Center for Spiritual Awareness (CSA)

Showing Up for Racial Justice (SURJ) is a national network of groups and individuals working to undermine white supremacy and to work toward racial justice. Through community organizing, mobilizing, and education, SURJ moves white people to act as part of a multi-racial majority for justice with passion and accountability.

SURJ Sacramento serves the greater Sacramento area with partnerships with Sacramento for Black Lives, NorCal Resist, and California Heritage Indigenous Research Project (CHIRP). Its primary goals are fundraising and mobilizing folks for our partners, as well as providing education on systemic racism, intersectionality, white supremacy, privilege, and getting involved in anti-racism work.
