It's Spotlight's annual Halloween Costume Dance Party! Join for a celebration of ghosts, goblins, and ghouls! Sport your best costume. Strut your stuff in the costume contest parade around the ballroom and win prizes! At Spotlight, they love Halloween! You don't have to dress up, but you may find yourself in the minority if you don't.
