Santa is coming to North Highlands Recreation and Park District (NHRPD) for a pancake breakfast. Enjoy a pancake breakfast hosted by Optimist Club and take a picture with Santa. While you are there, stop by and enjoy a free Holiday party filled with crafts, games and a visit from Elsa and Anna.
