Join City College as Bruce Marwick of the Sacramento Art Deco Society presents the remarkable story of the City College, formerly Sacramento Junior College, Art Balls. The Art Balls were designed and staged by the college's Art Students' League, and starting in 1931, held at Memorial Auditorium. The league gave thousands of dollars in profits back to art students in the form of scholarships.
