Instructor Shonna McDaniels is the Founder and Director of the Sojourner Truth Multicultural Art Museum. She is a professional artist/muralist and has an extensive background in art instruction and mural designs. While residing in Germany, McDaniels taught art classes on military bases as well as organizing art exhibitions. She has more than twenty-five years of community involvement with various organizations that support the arts through exhibitions, artist residencies, community murals, and organizing community-based festivals in South Sacramento.
