Barry Zito had a career with Major League Baseball that spanned 15 years and featured a Cy Young Award (as the American League's best pitcher in 2002), three All-Star Game appearances and two World Series rings with the San Francisco Giants in 2010 and 2012. In 2015, after retirement, Barry settled down in Nashville, Tennessee where he turned his focus to his family and music. As a songwriter, his songs have been recorded by other artists and have been featured in both film and television. In 2017, he released his debut EP No Secrets that debuted at number 15 on the Billboard Americana/Folk Album chart and number 39 on the Billboard Country Album chart. In 2017 and 2018 Zito was a featured guest on LeAnn Rimes' annual Christmas tour. In 2019, Barry released his first book, a memoir appropriately titled Curveball.

The Sutter Community Garage is located in the alley at 2701 N Street. The entrance to the garage is located on 28th between Capitol Avenue and N Street. When entering the garage, attendees will insert a credit or debit card. No ticket or receipt will be printed. When leaving the garage, attendees will insert their card again and be given a receipt.
