The second annual Sacramento FemmeFest is a celebration and showcase of women in comedy. The lineup includes nationally recognized sketch groups, improvisers, and stand-up comics, as well as extraordinary local talent.

Lady Business
Lady Business is Sacramento’s original and longest running all-female improv comedy show. They perform live every third-Saturday of the month at the Sacramento Comedy Spot. It features Allison Baker, Mel Gelbart, Michelle Daubner, Saba Mohtasham, Kimberly Chen, Justine Lopez, and Michelle Petro.

Femmedy Trio
Femmedy Trio is a musical comedy band made up of three BFFs, Dahlya Glick, Stacey Hardke, and Gabi Van Horn. Their ethereal harmonies and Appalachian instruments will bewitch you and tickle your feminist funny bone. They’ve shared the stage with acts such as Josh Radner, Sasheer Zamata, Nicole Byre, Andy Erikson, and Margaret Cho. They’ve performed to sold out crowds at the Comedy Central Stage, Women in Comedy Festival, Sacramento Femme Fest, Austin Sketch Fest, the Hollywood Improv, and other venues throughout the US. Tammytea Love
Tammy E. Clarke is a comedian who was born in born in Brooklyn NYC, and raised in Los Angeles and now resides in Oakland. Her first break was on the spot with “Academy Award winning Actress” Mo’Nique at the San Jose Improv. She has been working on comedy since 2007 when her comedian friends pushed her on stage and said she should be a comedian. Tammy has performed at Cobbs comedy club, PunchlineSf, Flappers Comedy Club and many others, also Tammy is a two-time Comedy Oakland winner, and on most nights and weekends she works the stage, telling real life stories that everyone can relate to, she hopes to one day take on the big stages and travel around the world making people laugh. Laughter, she believes, is healing of the soul.

Heather Rogiers
Heather Roegiers is comedian, poet, and journalist. Born in Truckee, Heather moved around extensively before finally settling down in Sacramento in 2016, where she first got into comedy shortly after graduating from Sacramento City College. Her comedy style is dry, witty and stuffed with one-liners covering a range of topics from bicycle riding to her experiences being transgender.
