Badass Boundaries for Parents and Families (Online)

Presented by Hacker Lab at Online/Virtual Space

Learn the three components of healthy boundary setting in this insightful three session course. These simple techniques teach us to know when we are enabling, and when we are setting clear expectations for ourselves and our families.

Topics include:
-Understand how depletion cuts off access to setting healthy boundaries.
-Learn the solution to the life-draining cycle of over-giving and over-doing.
-Model these behaviors to raise responsible, empowered children who are confident, and aware of their needs and those of others.
-Develop somatic awareness techniques to create a healthier balance.

This class is for any parent who wants to learn strategies to relax into parenting in a way that breeds confidence and empowerment.

Note: This course takes place in three 60 minute sessions across three consecutive Mondays (May 11, May 18 and 25).
