Sacramento Creative Economy Meeting (Online)

Presented by The Atrium at Online/Virtual Space

Creative Economy series connecting creative businesses, nonprofits, and creative startups, to share resources, strategies, and insights.

The Atrium invites you to our ongoing Sacramento Creative Economy Meeting series to share insights on how to adapt to the current marketplace during COVID-19. Governor Newsom recently announced that some businesses in the retail, manufacturing, and logistics sectors are reopening. As businesses ready for modifications, technology creativity and advocacy will become increasingly important, and as budgets will be cut and voices must be raised to ensure that any assistance that is being offered is also being offered to the creative industry and budget cuts do not affect creative industries disproportionately.

What will re-opening look like, realistic timelines, grants in the works, projects in the works, including the expansion of our online marketplace Shop.Atrium916.com that has been selling masks for our creatives and we are excited to say that we have already paid thousands of dollars to creatives. - A pivot experiment that seems to be working so we are going to expand on it.

Julie Baker fromĀ @caforthearts will be sharing updates from the capital, and we have a special guest (withholding for suspense).
