What is Alchemist Microenterprise Academy? Alchemist Microenterprise Academy is is a 12-week business training course that trains aspiring food-preneurs in the fundamentals of starting and sustaining a food business. Consistent with Alchemist CDC’s nonprofit mission, the target participants for this program are entrepreneurs from low-income backgrounds or under-resourced communities.
