We invite you to sign up for these FREE online dance & visual arts classes.  They will help us maintain good mental and physical wellbeing during the COVID-19 shelter in place restriction.

We can't wait to see you all there!!

Thanks to the support of the Care Act and the City of Sacramento Office of Arts and Culture, and to continue serving all of you during these social distancing guidelines. These online classes are a fun way to help us alleviate the emotional stress of living during this COVID-19 pandemic and to engage us in some physical activity as we shelter in place.

What does this mean? Well, everyone, it means that either by phone or computer you can join in on the fun and participate right from home. Each class session the instructor will guide us through some fun interactive activities.

There is a little something for everyone in the workshop series.

Classes offered:
-Mondays at 5 pm : Art is for Everyone(All Ages)

-Tuesdays at 5pm: Cool Hip Hop Grooves with Bryanna (Age 7-11)
-Wednesday at 5pm: Improv Story Time with Betsaida (Age 5-11)
-Fridays at 5pm: African Dance (All Ages)
-Fridays at 6:30pm: Mexico's art project (All Ages)
