In challenging times, it’s more important than ever to be sure that every dollar has its job. Being mindful with your money is the simple process of understanding your finances and creating an intentional (mindful) plan to improve your overall financial behaviors that can help you in challenging — as well as in better — times.

Gina Reneé Richardson is a Certified Financial Educator and change agent who uses her life experiences and high-energy, approachable style to teach leadership and organizational skills that prepare her students to achieve financial stability and success. Gina leads financial-wellness workshops at many of Sacramento’s top companies and organizations.
