You’ll learn about the basics of a financial management system, including what it means, its components and how good financial practices help you manage and grow income and wealth. The session will cover several topics, at a high level, like accounting, financial analytics, taxes, personal versus business finance.

Hassan Rostam is a financial manager and consultant with 25 years of experience. He has held senior management positions inside firms as well as consulting positions advising clients in various industries. A few years ago he left a corporate financial career of 20 years, and started a business to help small business owners. Currently, Hassan provides accounting and part-time CFO services to startups and growing small businesses. Hassan graduated from the school of business at University of California at Berkeley with a degree in accounting and finance.
