Jealousy is a natural feeling that occurs when we see someone else succeeding. The beauty of it (even though it feels icky and shameful) is that the feeling of jealousy or envy is actually a sign that you can have that success too!

This isn't a workshop about living in the ~posi vibes only~ vortex or pushing away the negative -- rather we will walk together through the feeling of jealousy to uncover a piece of our shadow that is holding us back. What is our shadow? It is the part of ourselves that make us feel shame, a lack of worth, and self-hate. It is only by dropping into this part of ourselves + learning to reframe the shame we feel when triggered that we can see a path to achieivng the same (or in all liklihood a unique to you) kind of success! This workshop will provide a structure for noticing when envy is triggered, how to work through it, offer guidance on reframing, and will be a tool in your personal development tool box to return to whenever you're feeling stuck in a jealousy induced rut.

About the Instructor:
This will be an hour-ish long webinar led by Claire, Broad Room's Executive Director. Claire has taught a number of other Creative Wellness and Resilience workshops including Releasing Imposter Syndrome, The Shadow Side of Creativity, and Transforming Your Inner Critic into an Ally. She focuses her work on the magic of uncomfortable transformation and nurturing the resilience of creatives. Claire is 30, survived her Saturn Return, and loves pickled onions.
