In this class is an overview of the legal aspects of Non-Profits. The group will go over the legal steps necessary to form, operate and maintain a non-profit company. The group will also examine all the paperwork necessary and look at the decision process within the non-profit, how to form a board of directors, how maintain liability protection and other related topics.

Yuri Kvichko is a local business, start-up, and intellectual property attorney providing services to businesses, individuals, and nonprofit organizations. He works on various business related legal matters including drafting and litigating bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, contracts, copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
