No matter your age, fitness level, or mood, this hour-long full-body class will take you on a movement adventure. Using your body weight as resistance, you'll stretch, strengthen, and sweat, working all the muscles of the body to increase endurance, cardiovascular wellness, and release endorphins (which help lower stress). This simple class will be modified to your abilities, will be a variety of functional body movements + interval training, and inspire you to add movement into your daily routine. Let's move!

Please bring a mat, hand towel and plenty of water for this class! And remember to hydrate beforehand.

Per guidelines in place from the County of Sacramento Public Health Department, physical distancing protocols are as follows:

Participants are required to pre-register and must arrive 15 minutes early to check-in with the class instructor; tickets will be released to the waitlist 5 minutes prior to the start of class:
-Up to 15 students per class maximum is allowed
-Participants must wear a mask and stand six feet apart during check-in
-Participants must wear a mask until reaching their designated practice area
-Participants must wear a mask as they are exiting their designated practice area at the end of class as you are leaving the vicinity
