Please join CLA as we present Bay Area attorney and photographer Amitai Schwartz.

This workshop will address legal issues in connection with the creation, use, and sale of photographic images, including street photography, ownership, reproduction and manipulation of images, copyright, invasion of privacy, and First Amendment rights. Special attention will be given to public protest and internet related issues for photographers.

Amitai Schwartz is a lawyer in private practice with over 45 years experience. He previously worked as a staff attorney at the ACLU of Northern California. He is an active photographer and has been a CLA presenter since 2006.
