This year Tapa the World will be participating in the Tower Bridge Dinner To-Go program running Sept. 12-19. To conclude this farm-to-fork event, Tapa the World will be hosting an Al Fresco Chef's Dinner and Wine pairing.

Tapa the World is partnering with the local winery Vino del Oro of El Dorado Hills to help pair each of the four courses with one of their California grown Spanish varietals. When the menu is finalized, it will be posted on Tapa the World's social media pages
