As a part of AIACV's Experience Architecture 2020, join us for a pre-recorded bike ride, followed by a live Q&A session.
Our popular bicycle ride, showcasing the latest in architectural design and development in Sacramento, goes virtual this year with a pre-recorded ride, featuring location tours and interviews with architects, builders and developers.
Stops include the Powerhouse Science Center; the new fruit building hotel at 4th & Q; the residential lofts at 1430 Q Street; the Fine Arch Bookstore (formally Richard Press) and more!
After the “ride” our architect hosts will be available live to answer questions and chat about the projects. Participants will receive a map to visit the projects later on their own, if they desire to do so.
Zoom link will be provided to registered participants.
Experience Architecture is a public-outreach event designed by AIA Central Valley to facilitate greater transparency with the public in how architects create our built environment and how it impacts their daily lives; to create an ongoing dialogue to inform a distinct, regional, architectural identity; and to highlight existing relationships between the region and its architecture.
