Autumnal Landscapes

Autumnal Landscapes

Presented by Crocker Art Museum and Sacramento Area of Museums (SAM) at Online/Virtual Space

The weather is cooler, the nights are longer, and the smell of pumpkin spice lattes are in the air. Contemplate the changing season as you paint a peaceful and evocative autumnal landscape. Participants will uncover easy-to-learn formulas and techniques while drawing inspiration from the Crocker’s renowned collection of Northern California landscapes. Registration closes October 16 at 10 AM.

Instructor Patris left the education profession in 2004 to pursue her art full time. She has recently been juried into several national plein air painting competitions and her work is in many private and public collections. She served on the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission and is a member of the California Art Club, the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, and Landscape Artists International.
