Found Object Portraits for Beginners

Presented by Crocker Art Museum and Sacramento Area of Museums (SAM) at Online

Fueled with inspiration from Legends of Los Angeles: Betye, Alison and Lezley Saar in the Crocker Collection, break free from traditional painted or sketch portraiture and experiment to create radical and disruptive portraits through mixed media and found objects. For authentic and true meaning-making, participants will use objects sourced for their own worlds and experiences. Registration closes February 1.
