Using works in the Crocker’s collection for inspiration and reference, draw simple still life compositions. Afterwards, develop more complex subjects while exploring cross-hatching, scribbling, stippling, and blending. Registration closes February 18.

Instructor Patris left the education profession in 2004 to pursue her art full time. She has recently been juried into several national plein air painting competitions, and her work is in many private and public collections. She served on the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission and is a member of the California Art Club, the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association, and Landscape Artists International.
