Building Compassion

Building Compassion

Presented by Hacker Lab at Midtown Virtual Space

An exciting and informative class to help us understand why we are easily triggered and reactionary to people around us. Understand the motivation behind behaviors that cause us to blindly overreact or under-react. Learn the root cause of what drives ourselves and others and rip the blindfold off and build compassion.

About the Instructor:
With over 20 years coaching clients in different capacities, Laura Chamberlin has a unique ability to validate, train and inspire change. She brings a natural curiosity, astute ability to listen and guides students to learn. With a degree in Communications, she spent 14 years working with families as a childbirth educator, lactation educator, doula and prenatal counselor. She brought fearful clients ease, confidence and relief. Now, as a Coach, Laura knows how to get right to the heart of the issue, with a kind and gentle hand, she steers in the direction you seek to go.
