Self-care is important for everyone right now, but it’s especially essential for teachers! It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned educator or parent tossed into the world of distance learning: We could all use a little breath of fresh art. Join us for an art-based self-care session, featuring guided meditation — no experience necessary — and short, mindful art-making activities that will lower your blood pressure and center you for the days ahead.

Each session features a new artwork and lesson, and can stand on its own. Take the series or pop in for one or two sessions — whatever works for you. Please note, this program will not be recorded.
