Stress, Work, and Love: Finding Health and Peace through Meditation

Meditation is a tool to help us manage stress and overcome our daily difficulties. With effort and steady practice, we can familiarize our mind with the experience of inner peace through meditation and, in this way, gain confidence to face life’s challenges in positive and peaceful ways.

In this seven-week series we will explore the power of meditation to help us transform our mindset and manage stress constructively. Classes are drop-in and suitable for all levels of experience.

-July 5: Feeling Fulfilled When It Seems Like Nothing Is Good Enough
