25 Million Stitches, One Stitch, One Refugee, is a community art installation of hand embroidered fabric panels by volunteers from all over the world, pulled together by Jennifer Kim Sohn, artist in residence at The Verge Center for the Arts.
A phenomenal intersection of needlework and activism, this show brings awareness to the 25 million people around the globe who have been forced to flee their homelands due to war, genocide, poverty, natural disasters, persecution, and other life threatening forces.
