Every 10 years, after the U.S. Census, the City of Sacramento must re-draw City Council district boundary lines. To oversee this process, the City Council created the Sacramento Independent Redistricting Commission (SIRC). Residents are encouraged to attend participate in the redistricting process by attending SIRC meetings.

All SIRC meetings are held virtually via Zoom and begin at 5:30 p.m. To obtain the Zoom meeting information, view upcoming or past agendas, and watch a live video stream or indexed archives of past meetings, please visit the public meetings page.
