In celebration of Black History Month, join Sacramento Juneteenth, Inc., for the Negro Motorist: Greenbook Exhibit reception.

The reception is hosted by the Juneteenth Black Chefs Collaborative and will include Black historians, speakers, trivia games, prizes, art and entertainment to celebrate  Black History Month.

The Greenbook was a travel guide for Black Americans traveling through the South during the Jim Crow Era. The Greenbook identified hotels,restaurants, gas stations,stores and laundries that welcomed African- Americans.
