Ignite your senses. Inspired by the wine regions of Southern France, Italy, Spain, and Heritage California, Amador Four Fires Food and Wine Experience blends open-flame cooking by renown local chefs and award-winning wines.

The sixth annual Amador Four Fires Food and Wine Festival will immerse guests in a unique wine and culinary experience, featuring Amador Wine Country’s finest at the outdoor Amador County Fairgrounds and Event Center. This picturesque outdoor location has a spacious park-like setting with a real, historic Gold Rush era backdrop.

Celebrating four iconic wine regions that inspire the award-winning winemaking of Amador Wine Country - Italy, Rhone, Iberian, and Heritage California. Discover the rising stars of California's wine scene as our wineries will be pouring some of California's best Zinfandels, Barberas, Sangiovese, Syrah, Tempranillos, Grenache, Albarino, and many more. Meet the winemakers and taste 90+ point limited-release and gold medal gems from over 40 Amador wineries. Amador County vintners have over 100 years of experience cultivating these grapes in our prime terroirs with older vines which makes this event a benchmark for showcasing the heights these varieties can achieve.

The festival will pay homage to the regions with chefs preparing open-fire locavore dishes, musicians playing regional melodies, crafts from local artisans, a silent auction, and tasting of more than 100 award-winning wines.
