Explore the movement and the genre of abstract expressionism in this exciting five-day camp! Participants will learn about expressive painting techniques used by famous artists such as Jackson Pollock and Helen Frankenthaler before experimenting with their own mark-making as they create art that is inspired by their own feelings and interpretations. This session will explore color choices and a variety of creative application techniques using acrylic paint, watercolor, clay, prints, and more!
