SauceDrops Art, formerly SauceDrops Toys, is bringing a new kind of art show to the Sacramento area, "Dr. Sauce in the Mutantverse of Madness", the same weekend the new Dr. Strange movie hits theaters.

The show will kick off at the Crest Theatre, thanks to sponsors Another Universe Comics and Capital Books on K. On May 8, the show will move over to Impound Comics across from the Golden 1 Center.

"I'm excited to bring exposure of designer toy artists to the ever-evolving Sacramento art scene!" exclaimed SauceDrops Art Owner/Curator, Mike Owsley. "I haven't quite seen designer art like this in the community yet but know there's some underground art lovers that I hope to see at the show and all future shows."

Dr. Sauce in the Mutantverse of Madness will feature custom designer toys from artists all over the United States, including one from Canada. Most of the art pieces will be a customized MadMutant SprayCan from Mad Toy Design x Martian Toys, with a few one-off versions of original toy designs from artists, such as BearlyAvailable. Additionally, there will be art available from local Sacramento artists Norman Ayles and Dereka Javar.

Along with the art show, there will also be special stickers, pins, apparel, Funko and exclusive toy giveaways and, of course, comics!
