Children on the autism spectrum or with other developmental differences are invited to a special morning at the Crocker with their siblings and caregivers. Starting before public hours, participants can drop in to enjoy a variety of art explorations including mindful art activities, tactile art-making, music, and gallery walks. The program is designed to offer families an opportunity to relax and connect through art while building a sense of community for all those affected by Autism spectrum disorders. Social narratives, noise-canceling headphones, and a quiet space ensure the program provides a supportive environment.
