Recognized for his eloquently expressive depth of interpretation and seamless technique, pianist Jason Sia will perform an afternoon of beloved solo masterworks by Bach-Busoni, Chopin, Liszt, Chaminade, Debussy, Fragoso, and Ravel. Mr. Sia has performed solo piano concerts in France, Hong Kong, South Korea, the Philippines as well as New York’s Carnegie Hall. The Program will include the Toccata and Fugue in D minor, BWV 565 by Bach and transcribed for solo piano by Ferruccio Busoni, Hungarian Rhapsody No. 6 in D-flat by Liszt, "Autumn" Concert Etude No. 2, Opus 35 by Cecile Chaminade, Claire de Lune by Debussy, "Tragic" Polonaise in F-sharp minor, Opus 44 by Chopin, Pavane for a Dead Princess by Ravel, and others.
